Lizhen Wen received his bachelor’s degree at the School of Electronic Science and Engineering in Xi ‘an Jiaotong University. Now, he is pursuing his doctorate at the School of Electronics in Peking University and his research interests lie in 2D nanoelectronics.
Jiajun Zheng received his bachelor’s degree in Shandong University, majoring in Applied Physics. He is now pursuing his doctorate degree at Peking University, where his research interests include two-dimensional electronic devices and quantum computation
Yijie Sun is currently studying in the School of Electronic Science and Engineering, Southeast University. He will soon pursue his Ph.D. at the School of Electronics in Peking University, where his research interests include dynamic heterostructure.
Borui Zhang studied applied physics at Shandong University and is now studying for a doctorate in the School of Electronics of Peking University. His research interest is nanomaterial devices and integration.
Wen Teng, from East China Normal University, is set to join the NEQM lab to conduct doctoral research on ferroelectric field-effect transistors (FeFETs).
Yifan Wang, who is currently studying at Nankai University, will pursue a PhD in the School of Electronics at Peking University. Her research interests are SCM and device interfaces.
