NEQM lab

School of Electronics, Peking University

About Us

The NEQM lab works at the intersection of electrical engineering, material science and condense Matter physics, where we synthesize ultra-clean materials and study their behavior in the programmable Artificial heterostructure using spatially-resolved multi-field techniques at extreme operando conditions.

NE (Nano-electronics)

Nano-electronics explores electronic components at nanoscale, enabling advanced technology and miniaturization.

QM (Quantum Materials)

Quantum materials, including 2D materials, exhibit unique quantum phenomena, driving transformative technologies.

Novel Devices

Novel devices revolutionize technology with advanced functionalities, enhancing performance and efficiency.

Recognizing the issue through critical thinking is already halfway to finding the solution!
